This EP is all about transformation. Just as we see nature transforming all around us, evolving as the seasons change with such grace showing us how it is possible to welcome all parts of ourselves as we outgrow old forms and become something new.

While I've been in the UK for the last 6 months I have become very aware of the changing seasons. Nature has a beautiful way of representing how we can grow. I find this to be a great teacher showing us many truths about the world we live in and how we can also evolve with the natural cycles of life.

I found myself feeling very extroverted and playful in the summer months, however as autumn creept in I began craving more alone time for introspection and new growth. For a period I felt stuck, and lost within myself as to who I was and what I wanted to do next. Then just as the leaves fall from the trees, I started to notice old patterns and parts of myself gradually changing as I shed old layers of myself allowing for new growth to emerge. As I felt myself shifting in this way, I couldn't help but notice nature was also going through the exact same process.

I am me, imperfectly perfect as I am and this is my way of representing the shifts I have experienced as I have transformed into a new version of myself with the help of natures constant inspiration.
